There is a lot of great food in Hong Kong, dim sum first and foremost, roast goose, Hong Kong milk tea, but while walking around the city we found Yee Shun Dairy after seeing their window of milk pudding bowls and decided to give it a try. We were so glad we did!
I would not normally associate pudding with Hong Kong. This article mentions how it was a brand that came to Hong Kong from Macau.

The milk pudding was amazing. We got the steamed milk in two films and the lotus nut on steamed milk, both served cold, but you could get them hot as well. Sam was only two years old on this trip. You can tell that he liked it from how he slurped it down.

He also loved the smoothie.

This article provides some insight as to how this milk pudding is made from the simple ingredients of milk, egg white and sugar.
There are several locations in Hong Kong listed for Yee Shun Dairy. Which ever one you happen upon, please stop and try it!
